Announcement – The last deadline for editing the accepted papers to be published in proceeding of the conference
Iranian e-commerce scientific associations hold the 7th national and 1st international conference on electronic commerce and economy. This conference was held by this association and with responsibility of FAVA management working group and with cooperation of ministry of industry, mine and trade, ministry of ICT, ministry of economic affairs and finance, ministry of justice, ministry of health and medical education, ministry of science research and technology and with cooperation of other agencies, organizations and institutions and with support and accompany of ICT companies. It was held in Milad tower conference hall on May 19-21, 2013. The opening of the conference was started by lectures of Mr. Paryab, the secretary general of the conference; Mr. Mofateh, head of the 7th national and 1st international conference on electronic commerce and economy; Dr. Nami, minster of ICT and Mr. Karbasian, the chairman of I.R.I Post Company and was ended by stamp cancellation of conference. On the first day of the conference, economic and commercial symposium was held and some topics such as e-treasury, e-insurance, e-customs etc. were reviewed and discussed and some lectures were presented. Also, Mr. Sanou, the director of development sector of international telecommunication union (ITU) provided a lecture. In his speech, he made some explanations about this union and provided some information about developing telecommunications infrastructures. Then the specialized panel of economic and commercial symposium was held by attendance of some experts and the challenges and obstacles ahead of this field were reviewed and discussed. The first day was ended by awarding prizes to winners of competition. The second day was started by reviewing the challenges of law and legal on electronic commerce and economy. The experts of this field provided lectures and some papers were presented. The symposium of technical and communication started by lecture of Mr. Hakim Javadi, the deputy minister of ICT regarding the national information network and ended with reviewing the technical and communication infrastructures on electronic commerce and economy. Security and trust was another symposium of the second day. Security infrastructures were reviewed and discussed by lecturers and a specialized panel was held. The conference second day was ended by awarding prizes to winners. The symposium of application and innovation was held on the third day of the conference and experts of this field provided lectures. Also the symposium of policies and prospects was held and some lectures were presented. Meanwhile, the localized indices for evaluating electronic commerce and economy as the achievement of the 7th national and 1st international conference on electronic commerce and economy were presented. The mentioned localized indices are going to be unveiled in the 8th national and 2nd international conference on electronic commerce and economy. After that the roadmap of developing electronic commerce and economy which was one the achievements of the 6th national conference was unveiled. The symposium of policies and prospects was ended by a specialized panel on importance and necessity of a national document on electronic commerce and economy. The ending ceremony was held by attendance and lectures of Dr. Rahimi, president first deputy; Dr. Ghazanfari, minister of industry, mine and trade and Mr. Mofateh, deputy minister of industry, mine and trade. In this ceremony, some national projects on electronic commerce and economy such as electronic commerce and economy development roadmap, modern customs roadmap and some electronic commerce and economy systems were unveiled by Dr. Rahimi, Dr. Mehdi Ghazanfari, Mr. Mofateh and Mr. paryab. Also the medal of electronic commerce and economy was awarded to Dr. Memarnajad, head of I.R.I Customs and Mr. Hakim Javadi, the depty minister of ICT by Dr. Rahimi, president first deputy. The conference was ended by awarding prizes to best papers, the specialized committee of developing electronic commerce and economy development roadmap, conference planning management workgroup, winners of competition and live music.
